In the ‘Analytics’ tab of your BackOffice you can find the section ‘Website visitors’. This section displays detailed information on the characteristics of your website visitors.
You can select a date range for which you would like to see information about your website visitors. You can select dates by clicking on the calendar symbol on the top right of the page and selecting a start and end date in the calendar pop-up window. After selecting the dates you are interested in, you will see information about different characteristics which are described below.
This is the number of visitors that opened your website from any possible source. That can be from online searches, links on other websites, social media, and so on.
The conversion rate is a percentage that tells you how many of your website visitors have actually clicked on the “Book Now” button. This is calculated by dividing the number of clicks on the "Book Now" button by the total number of visits for a given date range.
The bounce rate is a percentage that tells you how many of your visitors left your website after only viewing one page. Check out the Top Bounce Sources, to understand where visitors that show this type of behaviour come from. Top Bounce Sources are websites that drive traffic to your website, however often this results in a bounce.
As you may understand, keeping the bounce rate low is essential to your website performance.

The number of visits to your website is being tracked and you will find that there are 2 types of visitors that visit your website:
New visitors - visitors to your BookingSuite website, that have not visited your website before, over the past 30 days.
Returning visitors - visitors to your BookingSuite website, that have visited your website before, over the past 30 days. Top Converting Sources are top websites and organic search terms that brought visitors to your website.
This is a list with the top 5 countries from which you get your website visitors
The languages you find are the top 5 browser languages that your visitors use more often when visiting your BookingSuite website. These languages are shown as codes. To learn which code stands for which language visit this page.
The ‘Device’ section indicates which device your website visitors use to access your website.
Desktop: Percentage of visitors visiting the website from a desktop computer or laptop.
Tablet: Percentage of visitors visiting the website from a tablet.
Mobile: Percentage of visitors visiting the website from any smartphones.
